Use the park entrance at the north end of Indian River Bridge. Follow the road for 1/2 mile and the cottages will be on the left side. Please register at the Marina Office which is another tenth of a mile beyond the cottages.

importantInformation UPON ARRIVAL YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THE INDIAN RIVER MARINA OFFICE. Check-in: 3:00 PMCheck-out: 10:00 AM To check in and out of your cottage, go to the Indian River Marina Office during business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). You must call the Marina Office before the end of the business day at 302-227-3071 to make alternative arrangements to check into your cottage if you are arriving after business hours. Upon arrival you must check in at the Indian River Marina Office. You will be asked to leave a $220 security and key deposit. The deposit will be returned by credit card after a satisfactory final inspection of the property and return of the keys. Credit card deposits only. One person in the party must be 21 years or older and must remain in the cottage during the stay. Identification will be required upon check-in. Pets are prohibited in the cottages and cottage area. Delaware now requires a fishing license to cover both salt water and fresh water fishing. This includes recreational clamming and crabbing. The license may be purchased at agents authorized by the Division of Fish & Wildlife or at State Park offices.
